Cycle Parking

Cycle parking facilities are available throughout the city centre and at all major shopping, leisure, education, transport and employment sites. 

Keeping pace with the high levels of cycling seen across York, significant investments have been made in recent years to improve cycle parking and add new facilities. York now has:

• Approximately 1000 spaces around the city centre
• Over 2500 secure cycle parking spaces at schools in the area
• Secure cycle lockers available to hire at all Park & Ride sites in addition to cycle stands.
